Quality of paper depends on various aspects like,

No. Of students who can solve the paper easily.
Length of questions
Repeatation of questions etc.

So, you can consider this year's paper as a bit logical and time taking as per the Physics portion. In another way, Biology was smoother than previous year.
So, overall, it was a moderate type of question paper.
