Hello Vikas,
JEE mains and Advance both are conducted by NTA, the main difference is of paper pattern and questions difficulty level. The Colleges which you get from Jee mains marks are only NITs and other state government and private universities. But from Jee Advance you get IITs and IISc Bangalore and also IIST ( Kerala).
The Jee mains has only 3 hr. Single paper where as Jee Advance consist of 2 different papers. You will get single correct mcqs in Jee mains but in Jee Advance you get more than one correct answer questions. Jee Advance is quite difficult than Jee mains.
Hope this will help you in knowing the difference between these two.
Best of luck!

Hello aspirant, Jee mains and jee advanced are completely two different levels of exams, you can take jee advanced only after you complete jee mains exam. Jee advanced exam is more tougher and it has higher negative marking than the jee mains exam, the jee advanced exam is usually after a month after jee mains exam.

Hope this helps.

Thank you.
