Direct admission in best collages without clear jee main.

There are limited colleges which give direct admission on the basis of class 12th.

It totally depends on college to college. Mainly good colleges take admission on the basis of entrance exam.

You should give JEE and other engineering entrance exam like BITSAT, VIT, SRM, Manipal and Amrita to take admission in top colleges.
