You can solve previous year question papers. You can prefer the best books for each subjects. Revise NCERT books thouroughly. For Physics you can also refer Concepts of Physics by H. C. Verma and for Chemistry by O.P Tondon. Solve as many problems as you can. Group studies can also helpfull.
