According to the eligibility criteria for msc medical physiology:

One must have done either of the following courses in ug-MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ B.Pharma/ BVSc/ BSc Life Sciences/ BSc Biology/ BSc Biochemistry/ BSc Nursing/ BMLT/ BPT/ BTech (Bio-Tech.) with minimum 55% marks.

So, following the eligibility criteria,you are not eligible for applying in msc medical physiology.

those students who have completed B.Sc in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Nursing or Allied Health Science can pursue MSC medical physiology.

so no you are not eligible for msc medical physiology.
