Yes,BHU Pet exam has different exam centers.In the year of 2020, the number of BHU PET exam centres across India was 286.

Bhu pet exam centers are in the states of Andaman and Nicobar, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Puducherry,Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Goa, New Delhi, Lakshadweep Island.
