Hello Hima,

Well, these two are different exams.

NEET exam is required to apply in any government, private colleges other than AIIMs and JIMPER. It is an offline based exam.

AIIMs exam is to get admission in any one out of six branches of AIIMs. Basically, it is an online based exam.

So, you did not need to appear in NEET exam for AIIMS.

Hope this will help you. All the very best.

Hello Hima

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and AIIMS MBBS entrance exam, conducted by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi are the two most important national-level medical entrance exams in India.

These two exams are different from each other and the difficulty level of AIIMS is higher than NEET. It is not necessary to appear for NEET before appearing for AIIMS exam.

Good Luck

Regards
