The chemistry paper in CUET is a balance mixed of both theory and numerical questions, but its more theory-oriented compared to other exams like JEE.

Here's the detailed information:
-Chemistry paper in CUET includes total question 50 from which you need to attempt 40, Types of questions are objective (MCQ based) type. Syllabus is based on NCERT class 11 & 12 chemistry.

- Theory & Numerical classification:
1) Physical Chemistry: Contains numerical based questions
2) Organic Chemistry: Contains mostly theory based with reaction mechanisms, named reactions, functional groups, IUPAN etc.
3) Inorganic Chemistry: It contains highly theory based questions on periodic table trends, coordination compounds, qualitative analysis, metallurgy etc.
