Colleges have their own rules regarding the minimum attendance you should have inorder to appear for the semester exams. In the case of GEC Modasa, it is 75%. So, if you don't have 75%, you can't write the semester examination. And, if you have an attendance of 65% or more, you can submit a medical certificate to get attendace raised upto 75%.
