Hey Gaurav !
Yes, you are absolutely elligible to appear for the KVPY Exam if your Boards percentage is at exactly 75%, because the cutoff percentage for SC is 75 too which corresponds to the fact that one must score a percentage which is either equal to 75% or greater than the required benchmark in order to be elligible for the exam.
