Hello there

Under one university there are several colleges , there is not any requirement  to fill separate forms for some colleges but for some colleges, candidates need to fill separate  forms by visiting to the official websites of the respective colleges.

As for example,  if you fill the application form of Delhi University, then there are various colleges under DU but there is no need to fill each and every college separate forms on the other hand there are colleges such as Jesus and Mary College and St. Stephen's College which habe their own separate application process .

I hope it is clear .
