I wanted to ask question related to the Neet Delhi state counselling. Do I need to fill separate application forms to get a seat in the counselling? Like do I need to find the IP and DU registeration forms separately.

Yes, you have to fill the application form for both the college separately. As you can see that the forms have been closed for these universities. For admission in DU Colleges, the you have to fill the application form. However, there are two colleges in Delhi University who have their own separate application process. It is mandatory that you must fill the centralized admission form available on the University's official website.
MBBS Admission Counselling for Delhi State Quota is conducted by Medical Counselling Committee which comes under the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. 85% of MBBS seats in all government colleges located in the state of Delhi are allotted to students who are native to the state.
