admission to AIIMS does not depend on Neet rank and the standard of questions as well as pattern of questions as well as a marking scheme is completely different so with the Neet rank and the level of the Neet 2019 question paper it will be highly unpredictable for as to predict whether you will be doing well in AIIMS but yet within all India rank of 25000 in need it is not so likely that you will get one of the best opportunities in AIIMS although it depends upon your concept and how you approach the AIIMS examination questions all I will ask you is not to answer questions you confused about because the negative marking is relatively stronger in AIIMS examination and make you lose your opportunities since the negative marking is one third the value of every correctly answered question has been compared to one fourth of the value and NEET UG examination
also notwithstanding the fact that the seat in AIIMS and AIIMS 1 institutions are very limited does Neet had a better opportunity for you the names in realistic terms however you are always welcome to try your luck out and giving your best shot in AIIMS
All the very best and hope you do very well
