No notification has yet come regarding submission of the documents again. But there was a notification that if you have not submitted the original caste certificate at the time of registration, you have to upload the declaration then and submit, that is re-upload the original before 5th of June 2019. You can contact the help desk of JEE Advanced for authenticate information on this.
