Hello Aarushi, yes. If you do not get a seat in round 1 of counselling, you need to apply for 2nd round. But you need not re-register. You automatically become eligible for Round 2. You also need to fill in fresh choices of colleges. But now MCI has extemded Round 1 regustration until further orders which means Round 2 registration has been postponed.
