Hi Harinder,

For AIQ seat counselling, process is conducted by MCC and you need to register there to attend the counseling process.

For state quota seats, respective states organise counselling and students need to register on the official website to attend the counseling.

In any case counselling is done separately for both state and central.

I hope this information.

All the best.

Hello aspirant,

Yes you need to fill two different forms for All India Quota and State Quota. The form for the ALL India Quota seats that is 15% will be filled in the counselling of All India. So fill that in the NEET Website. whereas the state quota will be filled by state counselling. So visit your domicile state counselling website to fill that form.

Hope it helps! Thank you.
