Candidates willing to participate in NEET online Counselling 2019 have to pay for registration in the first round and in case of non- allotment of any seats after 1st round, then there is no need to pay or register again for participation in 2nd round. However, these candidate have to fill fresh choices for the 2nd round as the choices in 1st round will be considered as null and void.
