Yes it is right, there is no need to have 75% in 10+2 to be eligible for admission to NITs/IIITs/CFTIs/IITs , what you need is just to pass class 12th with PCM combination and then you can appear for JEE-Main and JEE-Advance if you qualify JEE-Main..

Dates for JEE-Advance 2022 are out now and it will be conducted on August 28th, 2022 by IIT Bombay. For JEE-Advance 2022 the registration process will begin on August 07, 2022(10:00 IST) and will continues till August 11, 2022(17:00 IST).
