JEE Main paper 2 is the entrance exam to get an admission into architecture undergraduate course which is Barch. Jntu Hyderabad do not offer Architecture course(that is it does not consider JEE paper 2 scores). Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University - ( JNAFAU) offers architecture course (Barch and Bplan)( Present in Hyderabad). As you have shown interest in architecture course,

The candidate should be of Indian Nationality. The candidate should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the A.P. Educational Institutions Order, 1974, as subsequently amended. And obviously should have passed 10+2 or equivalent and secured 50 percent (45 for reserved candidates) .The candidate should have qualified at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) /JEE (Main) Paper II and should also have secured State Architecture Rank (SAR). So yeah if you satisfy the above you can apply even though you are from other state. You just come under non-local category.
