Hello,

The eligibility criteria for MBA is that you need to hold a graduate degree under any discipline from a recognised University and you need to have score minimum 50% marks in aggregate in your bachelor program. Also, the you need a valid score in entrance exam as well. CAT is a Common Admission Test. It is a National Level Entrance Examination which is conducted annually by IIMs to take admission in management programs in various B-Schools.

The eligibility criteria for CAT exam is:

  • The candidate who hold Bachelor’s Degree from any UGC recognised University/ Institute with 50% marks in aggregate are eligible for CAT.
  • Also, the candidates who hold engineering BE/BTech degree from any AICTE/MHRD recognised University with minimum 50% marks will also be eligible.
  • There is relaxation of minimum marks required for SC/ST candidates.

Good luck!
