No, maths is not required in 12th/graduation to be eligible for MBA .

To be eligible for MBA you just need to have graduation degree in any discipline it doesn't matter whether you have studied maths in 12th/graduation or not.

You must have basic maths knowledge for all further graduation or Post graduation programs. If you don't have maths in you xii STD, then after completing xii , you will have maths subject in your graduation through B com. You can pursue MBA after your graduation.
