Dear Singh,

each and every college will participate and most of the college will be Private college. And for the government college you need to get some good colleges.

And yes dera both the colleges are particapte in UPSEE Counselling.

I hope you catch my point.

There are private institutions of Uttar Pradesh as well participating in UPSC along with the government Colleges.
