Dear Abhishek,
If you have appear the entrance exam of JEE Main paper 2 you are not allowed to sit for JEE Advanced you can take admission in NITs for B.Arch course.
To take admission in IITs for architecture course you have to appear for JEE Main paper 1 to qualify for JEE Advanced then you have to apply for AAT to take admission in IIT Roorkee and IIT Kharagpur.
