Hey Aspirant !

If, by the term 'Eligibility Certificate', you mean to say the Domicile Certificate of the state Andhra Pradesh, then the answer is No.

The Domicile Certificate is a must only for those candidates who are applying through State Quota. If by any chance a candidate gets a seat in Andhra Pradesh through AIQ, there's no need to submit an Domicile Certificate for the same.

Hope this helps.

Good Luck !
