Hello...

As being a student of VIT chennai I can help you in better way. Yes there is a course of 5 years in vit Chennai.

M.tech Integrated with software engineering is only 5 year course here. Also admission is this course will be based on your 12th marks not with VITEEE exam.

There are many foreign universities from where they have tied up. You can see the list on their official website.
