No, you don't get any stipend in bsc hotel management courses either in government or private institutions, unless, you go for any internship during this period which is paid. Students often go for Internships and as volunteer in various events to gain a on field experience in there subject of expertise. So, there they get paid if it's a paid internship. Else, you don't get paid or don't get maintenance.
You can earn well after you could complete the course. The certificates of your Internships will aid to it.
