Please read your Service Bond carefully if you are a Junior Resident, or if you are a government sponsored student. As a general rule, service bonds are in favor of the employer who is providing the training. If the stipend was paid by the state or by the central government, however, it might be in the Institute's favor or the state in the medical or technical fields. Thus, during the Bond period, you may be required to work in Rural Dispensaries, Community Health Centres, and Primary Health Centers, or at the College itself (if you are a Senior Resident) and the Concerned Government is responsible for paying your salary for service in rural areas.
Hope you get it.
Yeah! In the Bond duration, the Intern MBBS doctors are paid some stipend. The stipend varies from college to college and from state to state. In general, the stipend ranges between Rs. 17k to 45k per month, varying all over India.
Now there are some protests for increasing the salary of the MBBS Interns, and hopefully it may increase in future. But at the present scenario the pay scale is the same as provided above.
