As per my knowledge yes but first you need to fill the NEET Application Form 2018 so that you can attempt the exam and after cracking it, get the good college in medical. CBSE has released the NEET form 2018 on 8 feb 2018.

Particular states will be conducted counseling for its Govt and private colleges and for that there is one centralized process as you will have to apply seperately.
