Hello dear aspirant
There is only one registration for the Delhi university, all the colleges are covered in this single registration except ST. Stephens College. St. Stephens college has a separate admission process which includes interview for those who clears the cutoffs, so it has its own registration forms otherwise all the colleges accept the single Delhi university form available on DU website.
