As per the eligibility criteria of many colleges to pursue B.Sc Biotechnology you need to have Physics, Chemistry, Biology as your combination in 10+2. But Math is not necessary for you, however there are few colleges which ask for Math as a combination in 10+2 to study Biotech. In most of the times it is not needed, but you follow the website of your preferable college to check your eligibility criteria.
