Dear Vibuthi, though have filled in NEET form, you need to register and  fill in the application forms of the Medical colleges that you want to appear for. This is because NEET is just an entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental and Ayush colleges across India. Every college has its own cut off for every category based on various criteria. So according to your score in NEET, you might be qualified for all the colleges or might not be qualified too. So it is important to register and apply for those colleges that you are interested in.

All the government and private colleges except AIIMS and JIPMER have their common entrance as NEET.

So, you only need to fill NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER forms to be eligible for all the colleges of the country.

Hope this helped.

All the best.
