The world has gone through crisis several times. Institutions like us, who are there from more than last 50 years and will be there several 100s now. This is a passing state where certain crisis happen and then we handle it. The world, the industries also learn to handle it, so the way we do things will change because of this experience but opportunities may also come in a different form. For example, today a large number of people in the industry suddenly move to work from home. A person who is conversant with the technology, conversant with data analytics, etc. and who has the ability to assimilate information from different sources alone and in a group, he is rightly placed and the work culture may finally be like that so every university will look into this and I think industries will also give greater emphasis to this. So, this is a crisis but certainly world changes from this experience.

People who are more willing to adapt to changes suddenly and this is one of the strengths of BITS Pilani's students that we have been told by the industries that when the market changes our students are able to adapt. So, this ability to adapt will be a fundamental attribute which a company should look for.
