Yes, you can definitely appear for NEET 2020 as the current age criteria as described by NTA is that an unreserved category candidate must complete 17 years of age either at the time of admission or else on or before December 31st of the year that the candidate is appearing and if calculated accordingly, your age will be 17 years and 8 months thus fulfilling the criteria.

Yes, As per the eligibility criteria a candidate must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2020. Must not be more than 25 years of age for unreserved category and 30 years of age for reserved and PwD category.
