Every one has to submit the same documents at the time of counselling. If he/she comes counselling through exam they submit the rank card. If by sponsorship then they have to submit the sponsorship details at the time of counselling. I am give some of important documents that should be taken for counselling.

1)  10th and 12th certificates and marks sheet.

2) NEET Admit Card

3) NEET result 2019/score card

4) Online application/registration form copy

5) Domicile certificate

6) Character certificate

7) Caste certificate, as applicable

8) Category certificate, as applicable

9) Identity proof

10) Domicile/Residence certificate

11) Passport size photographs
