Yes it is applicable. it is same for all the college who goes under state counselling process. rule and regulation is one and applied on everyone who participates the process.

State quota percentage, reservation percentage for different categories all and every thing is applied.

All college/university and institutes have reservation seat matrix for all reservation categories and some percentage for management quota.
