Yes, you have to fill the AFMC application form seperately in order to apply for the college. 

It is expected that AFMC application form will be out in the month of July 2018.

There will be screening test after your NEET exam for the selected students.

The various stages of screening will be as follows:-

* Identification and Verification of documents

* Test of English Language Comprehension, Logic & Reasoning (ToELR)

* Psychological Assessment Test (PAT)

* Interview by the Board of Officers

* Medical Examination & Medical Board

Cut off marks to be shortlisted for screening test is GIRLS - 600 / BOYS - 570.
