You can go for Deen Dayal Upadhaya College or Atma Ram Sanatan Dharam College for Bsc computer science in ARSD the placement cell isnt very active but it comes under south campus and is one of the most reputed colleges in Delhi Univesity.

DDU has now an AC campus and is accessible by metro, the placement cell is very acive and various MNCs visit the college also the NIRF ranking is 18th in 2018 so DDU or ARSD is your best bet.
