Does becoming a lecturer by doing b.sc and m.sc in any specific subject is a good choice after 12th but does lecturer are paid less salary

Lecturers are paid a good amount of salary.  And you cannot become one after Bsc. You will have to complete your masters and then give entances like NET to become a lecturer.
