Basicall you need an age proof whether it is birth certificate, 10th marksheet or any other certificates. So Don't worry about birth certificates, produce any one of the document at the time of counselling.

Hello Jatin, As per your query i would like to tell you Birth Certificate is not needed at the time of NEET form feeling. They need only Birth Proof.You can show your class 10th mark sheet or Pass Certificate with your DOB printed on it, for that purpose . you can also use Adhar card for that.

Production of birth certificate is not necessary during time of counseling. Alternate documents are used for DOB. Like Tenth passing certificate or so.

Birth certificates are only needed for counselling time but at the time of registration you need scanned photog and signature and a val ID proof . Until the time of counselling try to get your birth certificate in place.

Look the birth certificate is not that mandatory as the birth from the 10 th school leaving certificate and all other documents containing your date of birth are mostly also considered besides the birth certificate but still I would like to recommend you to please check out that you get the birth certificate made again from the Government officials if possible because birth certificate is the important document so far not only for entrance but anywhere else.

The 10th certificate will also do but make sure to check with the college you are applying to.

No. Any proof to prove your date of birth will do. However during my admission in medical school our college made birth certificate compulsory. Thus if possible get a duplicate one after your exams.

Basically you need an age proof that is All That Matters for admission during Neet counselling
In case you do not have your birth certificate you may produce your aadhar card or the class 10 or 12 board examination pass certificate which has your date of birth printed and is authorised by some national or state board and those is legal enough for you to be held capable of completing the formalities
So do not be unnecessarily tensed if you have not been able to find your birth certificate since there are alternatives to prove your date of birth but please do not miss place your aadhar card or the class 12 pass certificate since they are possibly the only alternatives to your birth registration certificate regarding your age proof in the Neet counselling

No it's not necessary while filling the form u need to give only one identity proof u can use adhar card for that .
Infact ur 10th class marksheet will be used as ur birth certificate only .

You can show your school leaving certificate instead of birth certificate.
