For few NIT'S 12th board marks are needed at least 75 % Furthermore if you cracked JEE Mains with good marks and not got 75% in 12th board you are not eligible for JEE Advanced
Jee mains does not require 12th % but Jee Advanced require that's why JEE Advanced is conducted after 12th board results
