You can give jee main 2018.But you are not able to get admission in NIT,IIIT, as of 75% or 20 percentile criteria. But you can get admission in other colleges other than NIT.

Yes you can definitely give JEE MAIN but you will not be eligible to take admission in NIT of any GFTI. But With this score you can take admission in other private institutions.

Nope according too IIT the candidate need minimum 75%.
