M.Sc is a PG degree and B. Tech is a UG degree.

B.Tech is a professional degree which given more value and M.Sc on the other hand is a academic degree.

Both the degree somewhat offers same syllabus but B.Tech is a more practical in approach and if we compare the opportunities in terms of employment then B.tech has a wider scope and it meets the requirements of most of the company.

Good Luck!!
