When you get the NEET Result it mentions your All India Rank (AIR). Later when the states form their merit list then you can obtain your State level rank.

CBSE will be declared AIR and marks only as the state merit or state ranks will be announced by the particular state. You can also check the specimen of score card by going through the below link -
