Both of them have kind of equal job opportunities
However, when you do specialization, you narrow down your job scope as you wont be able to apply for any other company with the other specialized jobs. However, in case of general CSE, you can apply to all the specializations regardless of any concern as there is no certain thing that you have practised in particular.

the main difference between the specialization course and normal course is in specialized cse stream, specific subjects related with specialization is taught. so it would be best to take CSE over cse with specialization.
