There is no issue about it. If you are doing a course outside of kerala, and if you find a job vacancies corresponding to your degree, then you can surely apply for it. What will matter will be your performance in the various round of selection for the job. So if you wish to do a job in kerala, then it doesn't matter from where you are doing degree but the thing what matters is the skill you got or not.
