Yes, Delhi University accepts improvement mark sheet for admission.

However, if the improvement results are declared before the admission then it is accepted. Otherwise, you have to provide your old marks.

During admission procedure the administrative council of the colleges verifies your marks, at that time you can explain about your improvement mark sheet. Give a valid proof of your improvement exam, that's it.
