University of Delhi doesn't provide BA LLB on the basis of merit. If you wish to apply, you have to apply through DU LLB.

DU LLB 2019 will be conducted tentatively in the last week of June '19. University of Delhi will conduct the law entrance examination to offer admissions into the 3-year law program ie. LLB. This examination will be conducted in online mode. You'll get access of the DU LLB 2019 application form most probably by the end of this month.
