Yes, it is there. The tuition fees for the semester is waived off depending upon your mains marks and the income of your family.

There is also one merit cum means scholarships exam provided by institutes only. For this you will have to apply in the first month of the course only as only one chance is given. In this scheme some financial aid is provided to the underprivileged students.
