Yes, IT branch exists in SRM KTR 2019. It takes admission on the basis of Srm jee. If you score good in that you surely will get your desired campus.

I am very sorry to tell that Information technology branch under the b tech is not available in the SRM Ktr  campus I hope you understood and more information It branch is available at Ramapuram campus and gazhiabad campus
