Dear Aspirant,

LPU offers both full-time and part-time PhD programme in 53 and 45 specialisations and English is one among those specializations.
Minimum duration to complete this PhD degree is about 3 years.

So, yes if a person can complete there PhD in 3 years, they can do it.
